Who we are
Code X Elite Ltd (“Code X Elite”, “we”, “us”) is a document preparation and form-filling service. We help you assemble, organize, and complete the documents and forms for a visa application. We are not a law firm, we are not licensed immigration consultants, and we are not your representative before any government.
What we do
From the information and documents you provide, we prepare your application materials. Depending on your plan, this can include drafting a purpose of travel letter, an invitation letter, an employment letter, a document checklist, and filling in your application forms. We also explain the general process in plain language so you know what to expect.
What we do not do
- We do not give legal advice or immigration advice. For legal advice or representation, speak with a lawyer or a consultant licensed by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC).
- We do not represent you before any government, and we do not act as your authorized representative.
- We do not submit or file your application for you. You submit your own application under your own account.
- We do not guarantee that your visa will be approved. The decision rests entirely with the relevant government authority.
Your responsibilities
You are the applicant, and the application is yours. You agree to:
- Give accurate, truthful, and complete information. The quality of your documents depends on what you provide, and false information can lead to a refusal or a ban that is beyond our control.
- Review everything we prepare before you use it, and make any corrections needed for your situation.
- Submit your own application, pay the government fees directly to the relevant authority, and attend your own biometrics appointment.
- Use the documents we prepare for your own application only.
Fees and refunds
Our service fees are shown on the site and are separate from the government fees you pay directly to the relevant authority. Do-It-Yourself packages are generated and made available for download immediately after payment, so they are treated as delivered and are non-refundable once generated. For Reviewed, Done-For-You, and post-refusal plans, you may request a refund before we begin preparing your package. Once preparation has started, fees are non-refundable. No guarantee of outcome
Visa decisions are made by government officers based on many factors, including some outside your documents. A complete, consistent, well prepared application gives you the best chance, but no service can promise approval, and we do not. We are not responsible for a refusal, a delay, a change in government policy or fees, or any cost you incur in connection with your trip or application.
Privacy
We handle your personal information and documents as described in our Privacy Policy. Please read it to understand what we collect and how we protect it.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Code X Elite’s total liability for any claim connected to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for that application. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including refused applications, missed travel, or non-refundable bookings.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one posted on this page, with the date shown above. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
