We only collect what we need to prepare your application:
- Account details: your name, email address, and a password, which we store in a hashed form we cannot read.
- Application information: the details you enter about your trip, work, funds, and family so we can fill your forms and draft your letters.
- Uploaded documents: files you choose to upload, such as your passport, photo, bank statements, and supporting letters.
- Payment information: when you pay, your card details are entered on our checkout and processed by our payment provider. We do not store your full card number on our own systems.
How we use it
We use your information for one purpose: to prepare and organize your visa application. That means filling your forms, drafting your letters, building your document checklist, and answering your questions about the process. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
How we store and protect it
Your account and application data are held in a secure database. Uploaded documents are stored on our server outside the public web folder, so they are not reachable by a direct web address. The whole site is served over HTTPS, so your connection is encrypted. Access to client files is limited to preparing your application.
Third parties we rely on
We use a small number of trusted services to run the site, and we share only what each one needs:
- Payment processing: your payment is handled by our card payment provider so we can take payment securely.
- Document auto-fill and support chat: to save you typing, you can upload a document and have its details read automatically, and you can ask questions through our chat assistant. These features send the relevant text or file to an artificial intelligence provider to process your request. We do not send your data to any provider except to deliver a feature you have used.
- Hosting and analytics: our host stores the site and its data, and we use standard web analytics to understand how the site is used.
How long we keep it
We keep your application information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, so you can come back and finish or reuse it. You can ask us to delete your account and the documents tied to it at any time.
Your choices
